Federal board made it easy for everyone by providing an online admission form facility. Now a candidate can easily submit his/her admission form while sitting at home. No need to visit the FBISE office, and no need to provide a lot of supporting documents with stamps on them.
However, most of the candidates get confused about how to apply online and how to fill out the form.?
Here is a complete guide on how a candidate can submit his/her form with simple steps.
Step-by-Step Online Admission Process:
In case of 9th and 11th classes, a school leaving certificate and birth certificate are required to submit the admission form.
- Visit FBISE’s official website and click on the Online Admissions tab, then click on Admission for Ex/Private students, a page will open like this;
2. Fill out the form carefully and with the correct information (spellings) and date of birth, If a candidate makes a mistake in name or date of birth it will be solely his/her responsibility, and it will require Correction later on which is another lengthy process.
3. After adding the subject an auto fee challan will be generated, Remember, never print a separate fee challan it will not be acceptable by FBISE. Always print auto auto-generated fee challan after Submission of the form.
4. Before final Submission a Serial Number and Registration number will appear on the screen note it down for future reference.
5. After paying the fee through any HBL or National Bank manually or through Easypaisa, JazzCash. A picture of the fee challan paid or a screenshot in case of the fee paid online should be uploaded to the admission form portal before final submission.
That’s it, the admission form has been submitted, now wait for Roll No. slip which will be issued 10 to 15 days before exams.
Recently Federal board has waived admission fees for Orphan and handicapped students. No need to submit a fee in this case, just upload the fee challan without paying it and death certificate of father or handicaped certificate.
Note: Above mentioned procedure is for Ex/Private students only, regular students (who are studying in school/college) should send their admission form through the school/college online portal.
