FBISE Migration Certificate (NOC) Process
Do you want to get a Migration Certificate/NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the Federal Board Islamabad?
Here is a step-by-step process of how to get your required document without any help.
Some students require a Migration certificate to change the board after the Matric result.
Even after the Class 11th result (1st Year), a candidate can obtain NOC to secure admission with a new board.
Recently, most universities in Pakistan have made it mandatory for students to submit NOC and verification of result from the concerned boards before enrolling them in university after Intermediate (class 12).
In either case, it is a mandatory document to get admission to the next class.
Migration Certificate Fee
The fee for the Migration certificate is PKR. 1500 for Pakistani students and $30 for students who studied from abroad.
Self Service Machine (KIOSK)
Federal Board has recently installed Self Service Machines for the convenience of the general public. Now you can get your required document i.e Migration Certificate without waiting and standing in long queues.
After payment of the prescribed fee at the bank or online, all you need to do is enter your data at the Self Service Machine with challan number and other information. You will get the Migration Certificate instantly.
This service is available at the Federal Board Islamabad office only if you are from outside Islamabad or abroad you need to follow the online procedure mentioned below;
Online Migration Certificate
The procedure for an online migration certificate is very simple you need to go to the Federal Board official website > Online Services tab > click on the Migration tab, and an online form will open.
Just fill out the form and enter the challan number which you paid online or any other way and submit the form with valid information, so you can get the requested document.
Your Migration certificate/NOC will be delivered to your given address within 3 to 4 working days.
Cancelation of Migration Certificate:
In case a candidate wants to cancel his/her Migration Certificate and continue studying with the Federal Board, he/she can do so by paying the prescribed fee which is PKR 500/- and submitting the Migration certificate in original at the FBISE office Islamabad in person.
