How to Generate FBISE Fee Challan?
The fee payment method of FBISE is very convenient, most of the students appear as regular candidates means their fee and form submissions were handled by the institution, so they don’t know the procedure, after the declaration of the result they have to do it on their own.
Federal board has made it easy for students to submit fees for various services through online payment methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash, and HBL App. Earlier the fee was allowed to pay in HBL only but now students/institutions can also pay fees at the National Bank of Pakistan or Habib Bank Limited throughout Pakistan without any extra charges.
Before submitting the fee keep in mind that, never generate a fee challan for ‘Examination Admission’ because the Examination Admission fee challan will be generated automatically when the online admission form is submitted.
FBISE Fee Challan Step-by-Step Procedure
Here is the step-by-step process of how to submit the FBISE Fee Challan online.
- Go to www.fbise.edu.pk on the homepage find the Bank Challan & Fee Info tab click on it.
- Select level whether SSC or HSSC > Select fee type > Enter registration number, Roll Number, and Year mentioned on the mark sheet or certificate > Click on Search. Your data will populate from the FBISE database automatically (I hide the registration number, roll number, and name for data privacy).
- Now enter CNIC if you have one, if you don’t have CNIC you can add your parent’s CNIC or you can add 0000000000 dummy number as well > Enter Amount (you can check fee rate on the same screen by scrolling down > Enter Mobile number
- Click on Generate Challan
A PDF challan will be generated like this, download it or take print if you want to submit the fee in HBL or National Bank by hand.
FBISE Fee Challan Online Payment Procedure
If you want to pay online then follow this procedure;
Login to your Easypaisa or JazzCash app (I have a JazzCash account so I am doing this with JazzCash, the procedure is almost the same for Easypaisa as well).
- At Homescreen scroll down and click on Education Boards
- You will find FBISE on the top Click on it
- Enter the challan number that you generated from the FBISE website > Click Confirm
- The data and amount of challan will automatically uploaded > Confirm payment by clicking Submit.
Must Do: Take a screenshot or download the payment receipt for future reference. If the fee is not confirmed or not cleared by the bank, FBISE can stop your result by mentioning the reason as RW-fee in the final result.
Now upload the payment receipt in the online portal for Verification of Marksheet or whatever service you want.
The procedure for payment of fee challan for the online admission form is also the same, the only difference is the challan will generate automatically.
FBISE Fee Refund
In case you have submitted a fee challan in the wrong category or you paid an extra amount. Then you have to submit an application for a refund of the Fee along with the original Challan and submit it at FBISE Office by hand or through courier. Federal Board will deduct 20% amount and give you a cheque for the remaining amount.
