FBISE Scholarship Criteria and Process
Federal board awards Scholarships (Educational Stipend) to top-performing students every year. It’s a token of appreciation from FBISE for the outstanding performance of a student. It helps to cover expenses for the next class.
FBISE Scholarship List 2023
Federal Board Islamabad has issued the Scholarship list for the top performing students for the Annual and 2nd Annual Examinations. Download the list of Matric (SSC) and Intermediate (HSSC) in PDF format.
The total number of scholarships is 360, 160 at SSC level and 160 at HSSC level. The final merit list of scholarships awarded will be prepared after the declaration of results of the 2nd Annual Examination and after the Rechecking of Answer Scripts which takes 30 days after the result declaration.
Download the Scholarship form attach the required documents mentioned in the form and submit it at the Federal Board office H-8/4, Islamabad in person or by courier.
Scholarship Criteria:
A candidate securing at least 60% marks shall be eligible for the Scholarship/Medal. However, only 160 top performing students can get Scholarships.
An amount of 25,000 at SSC level and 50,000 at HSSC level shall be paid to top-performing students who pass the examination with more than 60% marks.
The amount of the scholarship is subject to admission in the higher class in the same year as a regular candidate. In case the student cannot carry out his/her studies anymore, the scholarship will not be awarded.
To get payment for a scholarship, a student must have a bank account in their name. In the event that the student does not have a bank account, their parent’s bank account can be used for the purpose.
Following is the group-wise distribution of the amount to scholarship holders:

Federal board also awards cash prizes, laptops, medals, and merit certificates to the top three position holders in each group of study i.e. Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Science General, Commerce, and Humanities.
The eligibility criteria for medals and other awards are 60% or above marks in each group. The award of a scholarship is subject to admission to the higher class in the same year as a regular candidate.
